As someone who has spent years in educational leadership, I witnessed firsthand how traditional observation methods consume countless hours while often missing the nuanced realities of effective teaching. Classroom Observer was born from the belief that artificial intelligence can enhance human insight, not replace it, creating evaluation processes that are both comprehensive and efficient.

The Problem

After years as an educational administrator, I watched talented teachers stress over evaluation seasons while principals struggled with mountains of paperwork and subjective assessments. I saw how the process that should foster growth instead created anxiety and consumed time that could be spent actually supporting teachers.

I knew there had to be a better way—one that leveraged technology to enhance human insight rather than replace it. That’s when the vision for Classroom Observer began.
